What age group is your soft play equipment suitable for?
Our equipment is specifically designed for toddlers and little ones aged 0 to 5 years old. It provides a safe, cushioned environment where they can crawl, climb, and play without the risks associated with larger playground equipment.
How do you ensure the equipment is clean and safe?
Safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly sanitized with child-safe, non-toxic cleaners after every single rental. We also perform regular maintenance checks to ensure everything meets the highest safety standards.
Is delivery and setup included in the booking?
Yes! We offer a straightforward experience where we handle all the heavy lifting. We will deliver, set up, and inspect the equipment before your event starts, and then return to pack it all away once the fun is done.
What is your policy regarding outdoor setups and weather?
We can set up outdoors on clean, level grass or artificial turf, provided the area is well-drained. In the event of forecasted rain or extreme heat, we strongly suggest an indoor alternative or a covered patio to keep the children and the equipment safe.
How far in advance should we book a rental?
To ensure availability for your preferred date and soft play setup, we recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. However, feel free to contact us for last-minute availability as we always try to accommodate families whenever possible.
